Description:

  R107 is a 0.5% pearlitic heat-resistant steel electrode with a titanium-calcium type coating. It has excellent welding process performance, AC and DC, and can be welded at all positions. The pre-weld weldment is preheated to 90~110℃.

Main application areas:

  It can be used for welding the surface of the boiler pipe (such as 15Mo kind.) with argon arc welding under the working temperature below 510℃. It can also be used to weld general low alloy high strength steel.。

Precautions

● The electrode before welding shall be baked for about 1 hour at 250℃;

● Large workpieces should be properly preheated to about 300°C, and the rust and oil on the surface of the surfacing part should be removed.
