Description:

Titanium-calcium type CO2 gas protects the surfacing flux cored wire, the arc is stable during surfacing, easy to remove slag, and well formed.

Main application areas:

It is used for surfacing welding of worn medium and low carbon steel and alloy steel, which has good crack resistance and can be machined after welding. Especially used for surfacing and repair of agricultural machinery.

Surfacing layer hardness:

HRC 33~38.

●DC reverse connection

●When welding, the flow rate of CO2 gas is 20~25L/min;

●The dry elongation of the wire is controlled within the range of 15~25mm

●The temperature between the channels is recommended to be kept at around 300 °C.

●Before welding, the weldment must be removed to remove impurities such as rust, oil, and moisture.
