    E347 Is A 20Cr10NiNB CO2 Gas-Shielded Stainless Steel Flux Cored Wire, Which Can Be Welded At All Positions, Has Good Resistance To Intergranular Corrosion, Low Crack Sensitivity, Good Welding Process Performance, Stable Arc, Less Spatter And Beautiful Weld Bead.

Main Application Areas:

    Used In Food Machinery, Medical Equipment, Pressure Vessels, Petrochemicals, Etc., Such As 07Cr19Ni11Ti (SUS321), 07Cr18Ni11Nb (SUS347) And Other Welding.

METAL CONSTRUCTION (%)

    ● DC reverse connection during welding;

    ● When welding, the flow rate of CO2 or 75%~80% Ar+CO2 gas should be 20~25L/min;

    ● The dry elongation of the wire should be controlled within the range of 15~25mm;

    ● The temperature between the channels is controlled between 135 and 165 degrees. 

    ● Impurities such as rust,oil and moisture must be removed from the weldment before welding.
