Description:

ER347 is a 20Cr10NiNb stainless steel gas shielded welding wire. Ti is added to the ER308 to improve corrosion resistance, especially to improve intergranular corrosion resistance. The welding operation is good, the arc is stable, the appearance is beautiful, the spatter is less, and the whole position welding is possible.

Main application areas:

Used for welding of food machinery, medical equipment, petrochemical and other structures, such as 07Cr19Ni11Ti (SUS321)、07Cr18Ni11Nb(SUS347).

● The surface after welding is bright white and the color is beautiful.

Precautions

● DC reverse connection during welding;

● When welding, the flow rate of CO2 or 75%~80% Ar+CO2 gas should be 20~25L/min;

● The dry elongation of the wire should be controlled within the range of 15~25mm;

● The temperature between the channels is controlled between 135 and 165 degrees. 

● Impurities such as rust,oil and moisture must be removed from the weldment before welding.
