Description:

  CHA E308 titanium calcium type of ultra-low carbon Cr 19 Ni 10 stainless steel electrode, AC and DC, good operating performance, deposited metal having good mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion.

Main application areas:

     It is used for welding corrosion resistant 06Cr19Ni10 and 06Cr18Ni11Ti with working temperature below 300 °C .

● The surface after welding is bright white and the color is beautiful.

Precautions

● The electrode before welding shall be baked at 150°C for 1h;

● Use DC power as much as possible, and the current should not be too large to avoid redness of the electrode;
