Description:

NiCu-7 is a nickel-copper alloy gas shielded welding wire. The deposited metal has similar strength and toughness as the Monel 400 alloy and has good corrosion resistance.

Main application areas:

For the welding of nickel-copper alloy, it can also be used for the welding of composite steel, nickel-copper composite surface and steel surface surfacing.

Precautions

●The Ar+He mixed gas is used as the shielding gas, and the gas flow rate is 25~30L/min;

●Before welding, it is necessary to remove oxides, impurities, etc. from the welding edge of the workpiece and the surface of the wire;

●When welding outdoor, when the wind speed is greater than 1.5m / s, windproof measures should be taken to prevent the generation of air holes.
