Description:

    R207 is a pearlitic heat-resistant steel electrode containing 0.5%Cr-0.5%Mo of titanium-calcium type coating.DC reverse connection, It can be used for all-position welding. It must be preheated to 90~110℃ before welding..

Main application areas:

    Used for welding CrMo pearlitic heat-resistant steel (such as 12CrMo) with working temperature below 510℃ and corresponding steel grades such as high temperature, high pressure pipeline and chemical container.

Precautions

● The electrode before welding shall be baked for about 1 hour at 250℃;

● Large workpieces should be properly preheated to about 300°C, and the rust and oil on the surface of the surfacing part should be removed.
