Description:

    R307 is a pearlitic heat-resistant steel electrode containing 1%Cr-0.5%Mo of low-hydrogen sodium type drug. It can be fully welded by DC reverse connection. The weldment must be preheated to 160~250°C before welding.

Main application areas:

    It is used for welding 1%Cr-0.5%Mo (such as 15CrMo) heat-resistant steel with working temperature below 520, such as boiler pipe, pressure vessel, petroleum refining equipment, etc. It can also be used for welding of 30CrMnSi steel castings.

Precautions

● The electrode before welding shall be baked for about 1 hour at 250℃;

● Large workpieces should be properly preheated to about 300°C, and the rust and oil on the surface of the surfacing part should be removed.
