Description:

ER309LMo is a 24Cr13NiMo stainless steel gas shielded welding wire. It has high alloy content, good high temperature resistance, good welding operation performance, stable arc, beautiful appearance and less spatter. It can be welded at all positions. Since Mo is added, the crack resistance is excellent.

Main application areas:

Used for welding carbon steel in stainless steel dissimilar materials or for martensite stainless steel with poor toughness. Applications such as petrochemicals, thermal power stations, etc.

● The surface after welding is bright white and the color is beautiful.

Precautions

● DC reverse connection during welding ;

● When welding, the flow rate of CO2 or 75%~80% Ar+CO2 gas should be 20~25L/min ;

● The dry elongation of the wire should be controlled within the range of 15~25mm ;

● The temperature between the channels is controlled between 135 and 165 degrees.   ;

● Impurities such as rust, oil and moisture must be removed from the weldment before welding.
