Description:

   CHA E309Mo-16 is a Cr23Ni13Mo2 stainless steel electrode with titanium-calcium type coating. DC reverse connection, functions and good operation performance. Because the deposited metal contains molybdenum, A302 has better corrosion resistance, crack resistance and oxidation resistance.

Main application areas:

   The same type of stainless steel container used for welding sulfuric acid resistant (sulfur ammonium) corrosion, can also be used for welding stainless steel lining, composite steel, and dissimilar steel.

● Good welding process performance

● The surface after welding is bright white and the color is beautiful.

Precautions

● The electrode before welding shall be baked at 150°C for 1h;

● Use DC power as much as possible, and the current should not be too large to avoid redness of the electrode;
