Description:
T237 is a copper alloy electrode with aluminum manganese bronze as the core and low hydrogen sodium type coating. It adopts DC reverse connection and has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Main application areas:
Used for welding aluminum and other copper alloys, copper alloys and steels, and welding of cast iron, such as welding of various chemical machinery, seawater radiators, valves, surfacing of pumps and cylinders, and repairing of ship propellers.

Precautions |

● Before welding, the electrode needs to be baked at about 200°C for 1 hour. The moisture, oil, oxide and other impurities on the surface of the weldment must be removed.
● Due to the thermal conductivity of copper, the preheating temperature of the soldered base material is generally high, usually above 500°C, and the welding current should be preheated with the base metal. |
