HS1070 is a pure aluminum welding wire with aluminum greater than 99.7%, which has good weldability and corrosion resistance, as well as excellent plasticity and toughness, but low strength.

Main application areas:

Argon arc welding and oxyacetylene gas welding of pure aluminum and aluminum alloys with low joint performance requirements are widely used in chemical industry aluminum equipment.

Precautions

● Before welding, the impurities such as oxide film and oil stain on the welding edge of the workpiece and the surface of the wire should be strictly removed to avoid the fusion of the weld and cause defects such as pores and slag inclusions.

● In order to ensure penetration and no collapse, a pad can be used to hold the molten metal during welding.

●Aluminum gas welding flux must be used together with oxyacetylene gas welding.
