Description:

ER410 is a 13Cr martensitic stainless steel gas shielded welding wire with good welding operation performance, stable arc, beautiful appearance, less spatter, and all-position welding.

Main application areas:

Used in wear and corrosion resistant applications such as hydropower stations and valves, such as 13Cr13 (SUS410).

● Good welding process performance

● The surface after welding is bright white and the color is beautiful.

Precautions

● DC reverse connection during welding;

● When welding, the flow rate of CO2 or 75%~80% Ar+CO2 gas should be 20~25L/min;

● The dry elongation of the wire should be controlled within the range of 15~25mm;

● The temperature between the channels is controlled between 135 and 165 degrees. 

● Impurities such as rust,oil and moisture must be removed from the weldment before welding.
