Description:

ER410NiMo is a 13Cr4Ni0.5Mo martensitic stainless steel gas shielded welding wire. Because of the addition of a certain amount of Ni and Mo, the strength and hardness are relatively high. Good welding performance, stable arc, beautiful appearance, less spatter, and all-position welding.

Main application areas:

Used for repair welding of 00Cr13Ni5Mo series steel castings and large-area surfacing repair after hydrostatic wear of hydropower station over-current components and manufacture of turbine over-current components.

● The surface after welding is bright white and the color is beautiful.

Precautions

● DC reverse connection during welding;

● When welding, the flow rate of CO2 or 75%~80% Ar+CO2 gas should be 20~25L/min;

● The dry elongation of the wire should be controlled within the range of 15~25mm;

● The temperature between the channels is controlled between 135 and 165 degrees. 

● Impurities such as rust,oil and moisture must be removed from the weldment before welding.
